Once the order has been placed, you may only change the fleece/fabric options if I have not started your order yet. Once an order has been started, no changes can be made, with exceptions. The sizing cannot be changed unless willing to pay the difference in price as it varies per size.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the order has been started, unless at the fault of our own. If the product is faulty, we will either remake the item for you or offer a refund for that product. Once the order has been placed, we will not offer refunds without a valid reason.
Returns: We do not accept returns as everything is custom made for you specifically. You may sell the item at equal or lesser value (depending on use) than what the product is listed as. Please message us about what a fair price would be for the product.
Damages: OverTheMoonCo is not responsible for any damages that occur to your product(s) from improper use of the product or if the product is not used for its intended purpose.
